Where is my order?
Tracking is emailed once your parcel leaves the warehouse, usually one to two business days after you order. You can follow it on the Track your Order page.
Something arrived wrong
Send your order number and a photo. We do not ask you to ship anything back before we sort it out.
It does not hold
The grip is the whole product, so a Magnetik that slips has failed. Email us inside 30 days and we will make it right.
