Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During peak periods (such as holidays or high-demand sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Delays While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Airo is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@airofan.co — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
